Service Center Returns & Order Cancellations
Livestock Returns & Order Cancellation Policies:
Returns: ALL LIVESTOCK SALES are final and are not returnable or refundable. Once livestock leaves my facility I have no control over what happens to them. Though I take more steps than necessary to ensure safe arrival to your home you must understand there are inherent risks in transporting. Rest assured I only sell livestock deemed to be 100% healthy (without having a crystal ball ;c). If you are local & a fish is not getting along with it's tank mates, contact me and I'll assist as best I can. If I have shipped to you and you need assistance, contact me & I'll help in whatever way I can. I do not go away after a sale!
Order Cancellations: If a customer cancels an order for any reason once an order is received & is processed (meaning the order has been packed in a box) there will be a $25 cancellation fee. ALL cancellations out of my control including ship service issues will be refunded minus the 3% fee for the PayPal discount which is not refunded to me.

Damaged / Defective / Warranty Items:
Items Received Damaged?
If possible you should be available to receive delivery of your package. Inspect the box in front of the driver & if any damaged is found the box should be opened in front of the delivery driver & damage noted with them. Pictures should be taken to document the damage then the box should be opened & item(s) inspected. If your item(s) is damaged, take pictures & e-mail them to me. I will take care of you & help you return the item for exchange or refund of the item price only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Be sure to read the manufacturers warranty on any product you purchase & contact them with any warranty needs. Most manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the end user on any warranty issues. All Coralvue items, all lighting systems & bulb warranty issues need to be addressed through the MFG.
Need to return a dry goods item? You may return any item as long as it meets the following conditions:
The product has not been used.
The product is in the original box and/or packaging that is resalable and not damaged.
The product is accompanied by all its original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.
The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
Return shipping is paid for by the customer. It is highly advisable to insure the shipment!
All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee.
How To Return An Item:
Contact me to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
Prepare your ship label & write your RMA number clearly on the shipping box top.
E-mail me the tracking number no later than the day you ship it. Include your RMA in the e-mail.
Again, it is highly advisable to insure your package. I am not responsible for shipping damages or losses.
Order Cancellations: If a customer cancels an order for any reason once an order is received & is processed, 3% will be removed from the refund for the PayPal discount fee I paid which is not refunded to me.
NOTE: Special Ordered Items (items not normally carried on my web site or in store), Books, Foods, Perishables & Livestock sales are final and are not returnable.
