This was my second order from Penny at AquaCorals. Once again, she knocked it out of the park. The size and quality of the pieces she sent is quite remarkable. Everything was perfectly packed and in excellent condition on arrival. The price I paid for these small colony-sized corals is what you’d pay for a tiny frag at any other vendor. Everything is extremely healthy and some items came attached to well-established live rock. Bonus! The toadstool I received is huge and even had polyps extended inside the box, a testament to its health.
Even more impressive, is the customer service. Penny included a handwritten note on my packing receipt, as she had noticed I’d moved to a different state since my last order. She wished me well and invited me to visit the shop sometime soon. This level of care, attention, kindness and service is so lacking in every facet of life these days, especially when it comes to the disconnect of online sales. Penny bridges that gap and makes sure you have that warm fuzzy feeling you’d get from having positive in-person LFS interaction even through an online purchase. I cannot recommend AquaCorals enough. Truly in a category all their own. No one comes close.
