Livestock & Dry Goods Order
Filling:
All orders are filled on a “first order received first
ship” basis. Items ordered cannot & will not be held for
any reason. My policy is if two thirds of your order is in
stock, it will be shipped, although my fill rate is usually
100%. You will only be charged for the items actually sent
& your shipping charge will be reduced to reflect actual
ship weight. I do not backorder items.
When
Your Order Is Received:
I will e-mail you & confirm your order has been
received. I will alert you if any items in your order are
no longer available for shipping (which rarely happens).
It is your responsibility to watch
your e-mail for communications from me as well as
to make you’re your e-mail accepts my messages (be sure my
messages don’t go direct into your bulk or junk e-mail
folders!).
Your
shipping information will be e-mailed to you as soon as it
is available but no later than the day it ships.
NOTE: In the rare event
my e-mail messages do not reach you (due to spam filtering,
internet interruptions etc.) expect your order to ship as
normal based on my ship schedule posted here.

Friday & will incur an additional $15.00 Saturday Delivery

via FedEx Priority Overnight Service at a NEW 50% Discounted
Rate with No Box or Other Hidden Fees! Priority
Overnight Service will get your order to your door quicker &
most times by 10:30 am. It only costs an average of $5 more
than Standard Overnight. This
price difference is minor compared to the potential for loss
by shipping standard overnight which extends the shipping
time. Health of your livestock is my primary concern.
How Your
Order Is Packed:
All animals (fish, corals & inverts) are carefully
collected & placed in special duty 2ml ship bags sized for
their health, not how little water I can get by with. They
are packed to travel comfortably 48 hours or more, although
most often will arrive in less than 24 hours of being
packed. My bags are filled with reef system water the animals was
collected from & and pure oxygen is added to the fish bags before
being closed. Heat or cold packs are used to maintain a
healthy temperature as seasons dictate.
Live
Arrival Guarantee:
Live arrival is guaranteed! My fish, corals & inverts are the
healthiest you can buy. The fish are inspected &
pre-determined healthy & eating before even offering it for
sale on-line. Upon packing your order I inspect each item
again and only ship animals that I know are 100% ready to
go! |

Remember!
You must be present to sign for your shipment. Never refuse a shipment! If you do not
accept a shipment for any reason, I will NOT issue credit and will discontinue
doing business with you. My corals can easily handle up to 48 hrs. in
transport. In the case of untimely arrivals or shipping damage, make note
of any damages with the delivery person before they leave, accept the shipment,
contact me within 5 hours of receiving your shipment &
I will take care of you from
there.
NOTE:
You MUST acclimate & tank all items even though they may seem damaged!
Many corals will close tight during shipping. If you are concerned about
the health of any of your items you must e-mail me a clear picture & allow me to
respond before removing the item from your tank! Again, my tank raised
corals are super tough & 99.9% of the time will recover from any shipping
stress.
Returns Policy:
Need to return a dry goods item? You may return any item as long as it meets the
following conditions:

The product has not been used.
-
The product is in the original box and/or
packaging that is resalable and not damaged.
-
The product is accompanied by all its
original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.
-
The product was purchased within the last
30 days.
NOTE:
Special Ordered Items (items not normally carried
in-store), Books & Livestock sales are final
and are not returnable.
Defective/Warranty Items:
Be sure to read the manufacturers warranty on any product you purchase. Most
manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the end user on any warranty issues.
All lighting systems & bulb warranty issues need to be addressed through the
MFG.
All non-defective returns are
subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.
