Dry Goods Ordering, Shipping & Return Policies
Live & Dry Goods
orders cannot be combined. You must place separate orders
for Livestock & Dry Goods.
Livestock ships via FedEx Overnight only & Dry Goods ship via
UPS or FedEx Ground so again, place separate orders.
To get a
shipping quote - select items, click "View Cart/Checkout" & you
can see what your ship cost is with no commitment!
Items can be purchased on-line

Ships to your home
Ship To Store =
You pick up at the store with no shipping
charges. You must request "In Store PU" in the
Additional Information section of the checkout form.
Orders are not automatically charged.
I personally receive your order and will remove
the ship charges from your order. I will notify you via e-mail when your item(s) are in.
Dry
Goods Ship Via FedEx Ground or UPS.
Orders are processed Monday
- Friday. I e-mail your tracking
information once your order has been processed for shipping.
I ship Dry Goods to the Connecting Continental US Only.

Today Policy.
I consider every order important and will do everything
possible to ship your order the same day you order. Compare
this to other companies that take upwards of 5 days to ship out your
order!
Limitations To This
Policy:
• Order must be placed online & received by me by
9am Eastern
Standard
Time. If not sure what
my EST is,

• Ordered items must be in stock.
• Shipping and payment information must be correct! This
means if you mis-keyed your credit card number which
prevents proper authorization, or you are wanting to ship to
an address other then your billing address that needs
additional authorization, it will delay your order.
•A few items offered might ship from the manufacture. I
can't guarantee how fast the manufacture will ship the item.
Need to know how much shipping costs?
Choose your items then start the checkout process. At
the checkout form you will see an option to "Calculate
Shipping". Select it, fill in the info and you will
see the shipping options & pricing. There is NO
commitment here so you can add or remove items as you wish.

Order
Filling:
My policy is if two thirds of your order is in
stock, it will be shipped, although my fill rate is usually
100%. You will only be charged for the items actually sent
& your shipping charge will be reduced to reflect actual
ship weight. I do not backorder items.
When
I Receive Your Order:
I will e-mail you & confirm your order has been
received. I will e-mail alert you if any items in your order are
no longer available for shipping (which rarely happens).
It is your responsibility to watch
your e-mail for communications from me as well as
to make you’re your e-mail accepts my messages (be sure my
messages don’t go direct into your bulk or junk e-mail
folders!). I highly recommend checking your e-mail
several times a day to be sure we communicate quickly.
Your
shipping information will be e-mailed to you as soon as the
shipping documents have been created and no later than the day it ships.
NOTE: In the rare event
my e-mail messages do not reach you (due to spam filtering,
internet interruptions etc.) you can
e-mail me for
your tracking information. |

Returns Policy:
Need to return a dry goods item? You may return any item as long as it meets the
following conditions:

The product has not been used.
-
The product is in the original box and/or
packaging that is resalable and not damaged.
-
The product is accompanied by all its
original paperwork, instructions, warranty cards, and accessories.

The product was purchased within the last
30 days.
-
Any bulbs found to be broken
(individually purchased, not part of a system) will receive replacement
bulbs once broken ones are received. No cash refunds.

Return shipping is paid for by the
customer. It is advisable to insure the shipment to make sure I
receive it.
NOTE:
Special Ordered Items (items not normally carried
on my web site or in store), Books & Livestock sales are final
and are not returnable.
Defective/Warranty Items:
Be sure to read the manufacturers warranty on any product you purchase. Most
manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the end user on any warranty issues.
All lighting systems & bulb warranty issues need to be addressed through the
MFG.
All non-defective returns are
subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.
